ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
Check-in from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Check-out by 11.00
We kindly ask you to communicate your expected arrival time in advance (at least one day before check-in) by email or by contacting the property by phone. Outside these hours, we reserve the right to indicate one that meets the needs of the reception staff.
CANCELLATION AND WARRANTY POLICIES:
FLEXIBLE RATE
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival:
- In case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no show (No-Show) the penalty is 100%.
There is no refund for the interruption of the stay after check-in.
GUARANTEE: Upon confirming the reservation, a credit card as guarantee (Visa or MasterCard) complete with expiry date is required. Payment will be made on site.
PREPAID-NOT REFUNDABLE RATE
The Prepaid rate is not refundable in case of cancellation. The prepayment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. For stays equal to or longer than 2 nights we grant the possibility to reuse the prepaid amount within one year from the date of cancellation.
